ਹਰਿ ਹੋ ਹੋ ਹੋ ਮੇਲਿ ਨਿਹਾਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har ho ho ho mel nihaal ||1|| rahaau ||
Meeting with the Lord, you be enraptured. ||1||Pause||
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਮਾਰਗੁ ਗੁਰ ਸੰਤਿ ਬਤਾਇਓ ਗੁਰਿ ਚਾਲ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਹਰਿ ਚਾਲ ॥
har kaa maarag gur sa(n)t bataaio gur chaal dikhaaee har chaal ||
The Guru, the Saint, has shown me the Lord's Path. The Guru has shown me the way to walk on the Lord's Path.
ਅੰਤਰਿ ਕਪਟੁ ਚੁਕਾਵਹੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੁਰਸਿਖਹੁ ਨਿਹਕਪਟ ਕਮਾਵਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਹਰਿ ਘਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ॥੧॥
a(n)tar kapat chukaavahu mere gurasikhahu nihakapat kamaavahu har kee har ghaal nihaal nihaal nihaal ||1||
Cast out deception from within yourself, O my Gursikhs, and without deception, serve the Lord. You shall be enraptured, enraptured, enraptured. ||1||
ਤੇ ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਸਿਖ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਭਾਏ ਜਿਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਜਾਨਿਓ ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਲਿ ॥
te gur ke sikh mere har prabh bhaae jinaa har prabh jaanio meraa naal ||
Those Sikhs of the Guru, who realize that my Lord God is with them, are pleasing to my Lord God.
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਦੀਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਦੇਖਿ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਹਦੂਰਿ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਨਿਹਾਲ ॥੨॥੩॥੯॥
jan naanak kau mat har prabh deenee har dekh nikat hadoor nihaal nihaal nihaal nihaal ||2||3||9||
The Lord God has blessed servant Nanak with understanding; seeing his Lord hear at hand, his is enraptured, enraptured, enraptured, enraptured. ||2||3||9||

Raag Nat Naaraayan, Fifth Mehl:
ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ikOankaar satigur prasaad ||
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:
ਰਾਮ ਹਉ ਕਿਆ ਜਾਨਾ ਕਿਆ ਭਾਵੈ ॥
raam hau kiaa jaanaa kiaa bhaavai ||
O Lord, how can I know what pleases You?
ਮਨਿ ਪਿਆਸ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਦਰਸਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
man piaas bahut darasaavai ||1|| rahaau ||
Within my mind is such a great thirst for the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan. ||1||Pause||
ਸੋਈ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸੋਈ ਜਨੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਊਪਰਿ ਰੁਚ ਆਵੈ ॥
soee giaanee soee jan teraa jis oopar ruch aavai ||
He alone is a spiritual teacher, and he alone is Your humble servant, to whom You have given Your approval.
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਹੁ ਜਿਸੁ ਪੁਰਖ ਬਿਧਾਤੇ ਸੋ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਤੁਧੁ ਧਿਆਵੈ ॥੧॥
kripaa karahu jis purakh bidhaate so sadaa sadaa tudh dhiaavai ||1||
He alone meditates on You forever and ever, O Primal Lord, O Architect of Destiny, unto whom You grant Your Grace. ||1||
ਕਵਨ ਜੋਗ ਕਵਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਧਿਆਨਾ ਕਵਨ ਗੁਨੀ ਰੀਝਾਵੈ ॥
kavan jog kavan giaan dhiaanaa kavan gunee reejhaavai ||
What sort of Yoga, what spiritual wisdom and meditation, and what virtues please You?
ਸੋਈ ਜਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਨਿਜ ਭਗਤਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਊਪਰਿ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਾਵੈ ॥੨॥
soee jan soee nij bhagataa jis oopar ra(n)g laavai ||2||
He alone is a humble servant, and he alone is God's own devotee, with whom You are in love. ||2||
ਸਾਈ ਮਤਿ ਸਾਈ ਬੁਧਿ ਸਿਆਨਪ ਜਿਤੁ ਨਿਮਖ ਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਬਿਸਰਾਵੈ ॥
saaee mat saaee budh siaanap jit nimakh na prabh bisaraavai ||
That alone is intelligence, that alone is wisdom and cleverness, which inspires one to never forget God, even for an instant.
ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਲਗਿ ਏਹੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਓ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਨ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਗਾਵੈ ॥੩॥
sa(n)tasa(n)g lag ehu sukh paaio har gun sad hee gaavai ||3||
Joining the Society of the Saints, I have found this peace, singing forever the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||3||
ਦੇਖਿਓ ਅਚਰਜੁ ਮਹਾ ਮੰਗਲ ਰੂਪ ਕਿਛੁ ਆਨ ਨਹੀ ਦਿਸਟਾਵੈ ॥
dekhio acharaj mahaa ma(n)gal roop kichh aan nahee disataavai ||
I have seen the Wondrous Lord, the embodiment of supreme bliss, and now, I see nothing else at all.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਗੁਰਿ ਲਾਹਿਓ ਤਹ ਗਰਭ ਜੋਨਿ ਕਹ ਆਵੈ ॥੪॥੧॥
kahu naanak morachaa gur laahio tah garabh jon kah aavai ||4||1||
Says Nanak, the Guru has rubbed sway the rust; now how could I ever enter the womb of reincarnation again? ||4||1||
ਨਟ ਨਾਰਾਇਨ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ਦੁਪਦੇ ॥

Raag Nat Naaraayan, Fifth Mehl, Dho-Padhay:
ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

ਉਲਾਹਨੋ ਮੈ ਕਾਹੂ ਨ ਦੀਓ ॥
ulaahano mai kaahoo na deeo ||
I don't blame anyone else.
ਮਨ ਮੀਠ ਤੁਹਾਰੋ ਕੀਓ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
man meeth tuhaaro keeo ||1|| rahaau ||
Whatever You do is sweet to my mind. ||1||Pause||
ਆਗਿਆ ਮਾਨਿ ਜਾਨਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸੁਨਿ ਸੁਨਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਤੁਹਾਰੋ ਜੀਓ ॥
aagiaa maan jaan sukh paaiaa sun sun naam tuhaaro jeeo ||
Understanding and obeying Your Order, I have found peace; hearing, listening to Your Name, I live.
ਈਹਾਂ ਊਹਾ ਹਰਿ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਇਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜੀਓ ॥੧॥
eehaa(n) oohaa har tum hee tum hee ihu gur te ma(n)tr driReeo ||1||
Here and hereafter, O Lord, You, only You. The Guru has implanted this Mantra within me. ||1||
ਜਬ ਤੇ ਜਾਨਿ ਪਾਈ ਏਹ ਬਾਤਾ ਤਬ ਕੁਸਲ ਖੇਮ ਸਭ ਥੀਓ ॥
jab te jaan paaee eh baataa tab kusal khem sabh theeo ||
Since I came to realize this, I have been blessed with total peace and pleasure.
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਰਗਾਸਿਓ ਆਨ ਨਾਹੀ ਰੇ ਬੀਓ ॥੨॥੧॥੨॥
saadhasa(n)g naanak paragaasio aan naahee re beeo ||2||1||2||
In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, this has been revealed to Nanak, and now, there is no other for him at all. ||2||1||2||
ਨਟ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥

Nat, Fifth Mehl:
ਜਾ ਕਉ ਭਈ ਤੁਮਾਰੀ ਧੀਰ ॥
jaa kau bhaee tumaaree dheer ||
Whoever has You for support,
ਜਮ ਕੀ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਮਿਟੀ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਨਿਕਸੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਪੀਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
jam kee traas mitee sukh paaiaa nikasee haumai peer ||1|| rahaau ||
has the fear of death removed; peace is found, and the disease of egotism is taken away. ||1||Pause||
ਤਪਤਿ ਬੁਝਾਨੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਾਨੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤੇ ਜਿਉ ਬਾਰਿਕ ਖੀਰ ॥
tapat bujhaanee a(n)mrit baanee tripate jiu baarik kheer ||
The fire within is quenched, and one is satisfied through the Ambrosial Word of the Guru's Bani, as the baby is satisfied by milk.
ਮਾਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਸਾਜਨ ਸੰਤ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਸਹਾਈ ਬੀਰ ॥੧॥
maat pitaa saajan sa(n)t mere sa(n)t sahaaee beer ||1||
The Saints are my mother, father and friends. The Saints are my help and support, and my brothers. ||1||
